H.E. Marketing delivers to addresses across Sri Lanka. Checkout confirms that the selected address is within Sri Lanka before an order can proceed.
How the delivery fee is calculated
The delivery fee depends on the confirmed delivery location and, for longer-distance courier fulfilment, the order weight. The exact fee is calculated during checkout and shown in the order summary before payment.
Warehouse pickup
Checkout may offer warehouse pickup with no delivery charge. The pickup instructions shown during checkout apply to that order.
Delivery timing
Any estimated delivery time is a guide and may change because of destination, courier availability, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside H.E. Marketing's control. Contact the team before ordering if timing is critical.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Review the Return Policy for eligibility and contact instructions. Keep the product and packaging and provide the requested order details and photographs.
