1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or placing an order through the H.E. Marketing (Pvt) Ltd online store ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use this Site. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Products & Pricing
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices displayed on this Site are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors and to change or update product information and pricing at any time without notice. Prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product without prior notice.
4. Orders & Payment
By submitting an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been accepted.
Payments are processed securely through PayHere, a licensed payment gateway in Sri Lanka. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other payment methods made available through PayHere. H.E. Marketing does not store your card details on our servers.
Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. If payment fails, your order will not be fulfilled.
5. Delivery
We deliver to all districts across Sri Lanka. Delivery fees are calculated based on your delivery district and will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, and carrier delays.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
6. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been picked up by our delivery partner, cancellations will not be accepted. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@he-marketing.com.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of H.E. Marketing (Pvt) Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, H.E. Marketing (Pvt) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or the products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
